Possibly Diagnosed incapable, possibly mentally ill and possibly criminal to limit opportunities, career gains, relationships and families? Mental Health as weapon or purposely negligent in a cultural warfare to ostracize a gender to decimation of thier desires for higher education, occupational choices? A Population segment with the Health, Education and essential services aiding in the ostracism of a population segment. Blame, Shame to an apparent problem…”
